As we are moving into the last few weeks of summer I think its a perfect time to do something really positive for yourself that will have a hugely beneficial effect for the rest of the year.

Identify one small daily habit that would make a big difference to your life. This might be something like going for an evening walk after dinner or doing a five minute meditation every morning.

Put that habit into action every day for the next few weeks until it truly becomes a habit.

As Aristotle said ‘we are what we repeatedly do’.
