Do you ever notice that you seem to dwell on the negative events of the day?

Are you quick to see problems or expect negative outcomes?

Our brain is wired to look for negatives in our environment as it is looking for risk and problems to solve in order to keep us safe. Whilst this is simply a normal way for our mind to work, it can lead to us feeling negative about our lives in general and even lead to anxiety, low mood and a lack of wellbeing.

Our huge benefit as human beings is that we can direct our thoughts where we choose. This exercise helps you to redirect your thoughts to notice positivity and therefore increase your overall wellbeing.
