Emma has eight years experience in her counselling and therapy private practise, during which time she has developed a specialism in tackling insomnia. This has led to the development of her unique ‘SAFE’ system for tackling the problem.
Whilst working in a busy private practice, she has seen hundreds of clients and enjoyed a huge success rate in supporting her clients to get a good nights sleep every night. This has led to Emma creating an online platform to ensure her work is available to more people around the world who desperately need her service.
Emma is also a trusted consultant, workshop facilitator and speaker on the topics of insomnia and stress for organisations and businesses. She is a consultant and trainer for the South Yorkshire Police Service and has delivered training sessions and workshops for organisations such as Social Services teams and NatWest bank.
Sleep education and promotion as well as insomnia prevention are high on Emma’s priorities and she welcomes any opportunities to get involved with projects in these areas.
As a qualified Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist and Coach, Emma brings a huge amount of empathy and understanding to her work whilst managing to maintain a positive and often humorous attitude. She is a reassuring voice in a difficult topic area.
