Thoughts have a lot of power on our lives as they inform our perceptions of the world, our emotions and our behaviours.
As human beings we often get stuck in patterns of thinking which are usually unhelpful and can create or perpetuate psychological discomfort and distress.
This month, we are looking at the most common unhelpful thinking patterns and how to challenge these. This is all based in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and will help you to change those negative cycles we can sometimes find ourselves in.
