Having an attitude of gratitude is incredibly beneficial for your general health and wellbeing. When you are grateful, you experience more positive emotions, enjoy your life more and are more likely to push beyond your comfort zone.

 

Often, we need to reframe what we think and how we feel to find the perspective of gratitude. I think this poem illustrates this really well and reminds us that we have so much to be grateful for.
